REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION
Please submit a complete set of documents for prompt approvals.
Submission
• Application
• Six month of business bank statements or three months of
business bank statements and (if processing credit card pauments)
three months of credit card processing statements.
For Contracts
• Copy of voided check for business account that was analyzed
• Copy of drivers license for all business owners who filled out a
application
Closing
• Lease Agreement/Landlord Verification • Merchant Interview • Bank Verification • Other documentation may be required depending on loan amount
Funding Disbursement
An email from underwriting will be sent out once file has been
funded
